Sous Chef (M/V/X)
As the sous chef you are responsible for the daily operation and development of the bistro PLANTn and gastronomic restaurant WILDn, its related process, employees, products and administration in order to achieve optimal financial restaurants. You will manage the operational team and work closely with consulting two star chef, Bart De Pooter. PLANTn and WILDn are 100% plant-based, managed by Bart De Pooter. High-quality hospitality comes first.
Tasks
- Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
- Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
- Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff
