As the sous chef you are responsible for the daily operation and development of the bistro PLANTn and gastronomic restaurant WILDn, its related process, employees, products and administration in order to achieve optimal financial restaurants. You will manage the operational team and work closely with consulting two star chef, Bart De Pooter. PLANTn and WILDn are 100% plant-based, managed by Bart De Pooter. High-quality hospitality comes first.

As a Chef De Rang, you will work together with your F&B colleagues in our restaurant, bar, breakfast and/or banqueting facilities. Here you are the contact for our guests and you are jointly responsible for the experience that we strive for. High quality hospitality is our main priority.

WILDn is completely plant-based, under the guidance of 2-star chef Bart De Pooter. Restaurant WILDn, located in the ballroom of Sapphire House Antwerp, will be a fine dining restaurant with exclusively plant-based dishes. WILDn stands for quality, gastronomic and plant-based.
